    Booking Policy

    Welcome to Duksaa, your trusted platform for booking hotels and car rentals. Before making a reservation, please review our Booking Policy to understand the terms and conditions that apply to all bookings made through our platform.

    1. Booking Process

    • Select a Hotel or Car Rental Provider: Browse through available options on Duksaa.
    • Choose a Room or Car Type: Pick your preferred room category (Standard, Deluxe, Suite) or car type (Sedan, SUV, Luxury).
    • Select Your Duration: Choose check-in/check-out dates for hotels or rental start/end dates for cars.
    • Enter Required Details:
      • Full Name (as per CNIC or passport).
      • Age of at least one guest (for verification).
      • Valid CNIC/Passport Number (for identity verification).
      • Active Phone Number (for communication & confirmation).
    • Complete Payment: Pay the upfront 50% amount via Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, or Digital Wallets.
    • Booking Confirmation:
      • Once payment is completed, your booking request is placed.
      • Duksaa will inform the hotel or car provider and confirm your reservation.
      • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the provider verifies availability.

    2. Payment & Charges

    • Fifty percent of the total payment is required at the time of booking.
    • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    3. Booking Confirmation & Changes

    • Pending Confirmation: After payment, your booking is considered pending until the hotel/car rental provider confirms availability.
    • Confirmed Booking: Once the provider accepts your request, your booking is finalized, and you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.
    • Modification Requests:
      • If you need to change booking details, contact Duksaa Support at least 48 hours before check-in or rental start date.
      • All modifications are subject to provider availability and may incur additional charges.

    4. Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your booking, refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

    5. No-Show & Late Check-In

    Failure to check in on time results in a no-show with no refund. Late check-in must be communicated at least 6 hours in advance.

    6. Special Requirements & Additional Charges

    Security deposits, age restrictions, and additional local regulations may apply. Extra charges by the provider must be settled directly.

    7. Provider Terms & Responsibility

    Duksaa acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for service quality, overbooking, or last-minute cancellations by providers.

    9. Amendments to Booking Policy
