    Partner Policy

    Effective Date: [Feb 2024]

    Introduction

Dukssa is an innovative online platform that facilitates seamless interactions between users and service providers, including hotels and car rental businesses. Our role is to act as an intermediary, providing a robust booking and transaction system that ensures a smooth experience for both customers and partners. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for our partners, detailing our service charges, pricing requirements, and the obligations of all parties involved.

    1. Dukssa's Role as an Intermediary

Dukssa operates as a marketplace that connects users with hospitality and car rental providers. We do not own or operate hotels, guesthouses, or car rental services; instead, we provide a digital platform where businesses can list their services, manage bookings, and interact with customers.

By using Dukssa, partners agree that we facilitate reservations, payments, and customer interactions while maintaining a neutral stance in disputes between users and service providers. However, we do ensure compliance with our quality standards and provide support for smooth operations.

    2. Service Charge and Commission Structure

Dukssa applies a service charge of 15% on every confirmed booking. This charge is calculated based on the total booking amount, not just the amount paid upfront by the customer. This ensures that our commission fairly reflects the entire transaction value.

    Breakdown of the Commission Model:

    • Total booking amount: The full cost of the reservation, including any taxes, service fees, or additional charges applied by the partner.
    • Dukssa's commission (15%): This is deducted from the total booking amount.
    • Paid amount (50%): Users are required to pay 50% of the total booking amount upfront, ensuring their commitment to the booking.
    • Remaining amount (50%): This is paid directly to the service provider upon check-in or service delivery.

    3. Pricing Structure and Transparency

All prices listed on Dukssa must be inclusive of our service charge. Partners are responsible for setting competitive rates while ensuring compliance with this pricing rule.

    Guidelines for Pricing:

    • Displayed prices must include Dukssa’s 15% commission to maintain transparency for users.
    • No hidden fees should be charged to customers beyond what is shown on the platform.
    • Discounts and promotions offered by the partner must also factor in Dukssa’s commission.
    • Dynamic pricing adjustments are allowed, but all updates must be made within the partner dashboard to reflect accurate pricing on the platform.

This approach ensures that users see the final price they are expected to pay, eliminating confusion and preventing disputes related to hidden charges.

    4. Payment and Settlement Process

Dukssa facilitates a two-stage payment system to balance user trust and partner security.

    Payment Flow:

    • User initiates a booking and pays 50% of the total amount through Dukssa’s secure payment gateway.
    • Dukssa holds the payment until the reservation date approaches.
    • Dukssa deducts its 15% commission from the total amount.
    • Remaining funds are transferred to the partner within the agreed payout period.
    • The user pays the remaining 50% directly to the partner upon service fulfillment.

Partners must ensure they provide accurate banking details for smooth fund transfers. Payment settlements are made on a weekly basis unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

    5. Partner Responsibilities and Service Quality

To maintain a high-quality experience for users, all partners must adhere to the following standards:

    • Honest and accurate listings: Information about properties or rental vehicles must be truthful, including images, amenities, and pricing.
    • Prompt communication: Partners should respond to booking inquiries, customer concerns, and Dukssa support requests in a timely manner.
    • Reliable service: Partners must honor all confirmed bookings and provide services as advertised.
    • Legal compliance: All partners must comply with local laws and regulations related to hospitality and car rentals.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in penalties, removal from the platform, or legal actions in severe cases.

    6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Dukssa enforces a structured cancellation policy to protect both users and partners.

    • If a user cancels before the check-in date, the refund policy set by the partner applies.
    • If a partner cancels a confirmed booking, they may face penalties, including temporary suspension or a ban from Dukssa.
    • In case of disputes, Dukssa will act as a mediator, ensuring fair resolutions based on our established guidelines.

    7. Partner Support and Assistance

Dukssa provides dedicated support to partners through multiple channels:

    • 24/7 customer service for urgent issues.
    • Partner dashboard with booking management, payment tracking, and customer interactions.
    • Training and resources to optimize service listings and maximize bookings.

We are committed to helping partners succeed and continuously improve their business performance on our platform.

    8. Agreement and Compliance

By registering as a partner on Dukssa, you agree to abide by this policy and all future amendments made by Dukssa. We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary, and partners will be informed of any changes. Continued use of our platform implies full acceptance of our policies. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
