    Duksaa Cancellation Policy

    At Duksaa, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for hotels and car rentals. However, we understand that plans may change, and you might need to cancel your reservation. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process, conditions, and applicable fees for canceling a booking.

    1. Cancellation Eligibility

    You may cancel a hotel or car booking if the check-in date has not yet arrived. Cancellations after the check-in date are not allowed and are subject to the partner’s policies.

    2. How to Cancel a Booking

    To cancel a booking, follow these steps:

    • Go to Your Dashboard:
      • Log in to your Duksaa account and navigate to “Dashboard/Bookings.”
    • Select the Booking:
      • Find the hotel or car booking you wish to cancel.
    • Check Eligibility:
      • If the check-in date has not yet arrived, a Cancel button will be visible.
    • Provide a Cancellation Reason:
      • Click the Cancel button to open a dialog box.
      • Enter your reason for cancellation and confirm.
    • Verification & Processing:
      • Duksaa will review your request and ensure it meets our cancellation policy.
      • If valid, the cancellation will be processed, and a refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.

    3. Cancellation Fees & Charges

    In all cases, 5% of the paid amount will be deducted as a cancellation processing fee. Additional charges apply based on how close the cancellation is to the check-in date.

    4. Non-Refundable & Special Cases

    • No-Show Policy:
      • If you do not show up for your booking and fail to cancel beforehand, you will not receive a refund.
    • Non-Refundable Bookings:
      • Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable by the hotel or car rental provider. These cannot be canceled or refunded.
    • Early Check-Out:
      • If you leave before the check-out date, no partial refund will be provided.

    5. Refund Processing

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
    • Transaction processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    6. Disputes & Support

    If you believe your cancellation request was unfairly denied or need assistance, you can:

    • Contact Duksaa Support at contact@duksaa.com.
    • Our team will investigate and respond.

    7. Amendments to Cancellation Policy

    Duksaa reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our platform means you agree to the latest version of these terms.
